Area of Speciality

Palliative and Geriatric care

Experience

Once I had qualified I spent the next 14 years travelling between the UK and Southern Africa every six months. I am registered as a nurse in England, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. While completing my hospice course and working as a nurse, I also started volunteering at St Luke’s. This experience inspired me to join their full time staff in 2007, where I dedicated a decade of service before moving to Chariot Health.

My dedication to St Luke’s extended beyond my work, as I participated in two 21km fundraising walks for the organisation in 2011 and 2012, alongside two colleagues.

Adding a touch of adventure to my life, I embarked on a memorable week-long hike in the Annapurna Mountain Range in the Himalayas with my daughter in 2018.
